Overview

Borja is a fifth-year PhD student on the Operations Management track. His research focuses on retail and platform operations, covering topics such as the circular economy, pricing, store layout design, omnichannel strategies, and labor scheduling. He works closely with companies, combining data and analytical models to generate insights that enhance operational performance while also improving outcomes for employees and consumers.
